The Morgan Sports Car Poster – Kenneth Reed

The Morgan Beamish poster is a screen print by Ken Reed advertising the International Morgan Meeting 1987 at Beamish, a classic car event. at the time my father owned a Morgan 4/4 so this was a “must go to” event.

Using just four colours, he produced an iconic image capturing the style and beauty of a Morgan Sports car set against the backdrop of Beamish Hotel.

He screen printed the poster by hand on cream tinted paper which acted as a fifth colour.
