40th Anniversary
Susan and I were so pleased that many of you were able to make it to the preview evening of our 40th Anniversary Exhibition at the Blagdon Gallery in April. Instead of finishing on Sunday 11th May, the exhibition will continue for a couple more weeks.
I was personally thrilled to see my work on display with some of my father’s golf paintings. Some of the folk visiting were amazed at his detailed hand lettering on his golf posters for some of the major tournaments. My father Ken Reed painted some incredible scenes depicting the drama of golf.
Ponteland Art Exhibition
Last year’s Art Exhibition at Ponteland Memorial Hall was a great success. We’re looking forward to exhibiting again at the Memorial Hall on Sunday 11th May 10am – 4pm. It promises to be an exciting and varied exhibition of some of the region’s leading artists. Susan and I hope to see you there.
The Farmhouse
I now have a new studio in a farmhouse which is also our home. A selection of original paintings and limited edition prints will be on display by appointment only. We’re blessed with a lovely space and garden which I’m sure will be a source of inspiration.
