Returns
Please call us if you wish to return the goods so we can arrange collection/refund. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Our aim is to provide customer satisfaction and we believe that this can be achieved with goodwill, honesty and patience from both parties.
The procedures and general principles of www.alanreed.com do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods acts but simply provide the guidelines by which we operate.
Payment/Currency All prices on www.alanreed.com are quoted in pounds sterling. Payments are to be made in pounds sterling by the following methods:

Postal Order
Credit/Debit Card. Credit card sales will be charged by your credit card provider in your local billing currency.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

For quanties more than three individual items, there may be a small additional charge to cover extra costs of carriage and handling.
Duties and Local Taxes The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that the destination country may levy at the point of entry of the goods.
Despatch of Goods Goods will be despatched, usually within 10 working days of receipt of payment. If there is any delay, perhaps through short-term unavailability of particular prints or frames, then we will contact you to advise you about the situation.
Accidental Damage and Loss in Transit Should the goods become damaged or lost in transit, then please advise us. We will try to either replace or locate the goods as soon as possible. We will never knowingly send out goods that are faulty or damaged prior to packing.
If the goods arrive and the packaging appears to be badly damaged then please make some form of documentation on the delivery note, even before opening the packaging. If possible try to open the damaged packaging in the presence of the carrier. If you are unable to, then sign for the goods as "Damaged package, uninspected goods", so that in the event of a claim against the carrier, both parties are aware where the responsibility lies. Please contact us in the event of any damage so that we can make arrangements to collect and replace the goods as soon as possible.
